This is me… Marketing and Conference Director by day, foodie by night and at the weekends.

We’ve always cooked…my Grandma, my Mum – I’ve learnt from the best. Food is in my blood and something that de-stresses and provides enjoyment – either by the eating or the giving.

Having been diagnosed with IBS and recently becoming vegetarian, I’ve decided to write, post and share some of the recipes I enjoy and use regularly. By trial and error I’ve found what works for me, recipes can be adapted and experimented with as this is half the fun! And, what works for me may not work for you. The recipes are not solely for IBS sufferers / vegetarians, they are for everyone to enjoy.

I’m privileged in that through my work I get to travel to some pretty amazing places, trying some fantastic food and generally being inspired. I love a glass of red wine…or two and this blog is all about eating good wholesome food, not denying yourself the good things in life, and that a little of what you fancy does you good.

I live in South East London with my lovely husband (he eats what I put in front of him, usually without complaint and depending on the amount of raw vegetables with little trepidation) and our two bonkers cats who favour sinks, cheese and pizza boxes.
